A Soothing Autumn Moment
Anybody else need to take a deep breath?
Nature always reminds me to be present and have gratitude, so I hope this is a peaceful little break for you from whatever else is going on.
Dark green cedar boughs.
Bright red autumn leaves peeking out behind blurry green leaves.
Super closeup of a flower with peachy gradient colours going from green in the centre to pale yellow petals at the edges.
A bright orange, many-petaled flower on a sunny day.
A big patch of bright yellow flowers with dark, round centres.
A rocky shoreline with waves breaking on the boulders.
Bright red maple leaves are transparent against a bright sky.
Bright yellow clusters of tiny flowers.
We’ve had some wild, windy weather this week, but on my walk this morning I saw two hairy woodpeckers enjoying neighbouring trees that had just busted in half in the storm. As always, trying to cherish those tiny moments of perfection.
